You Were Chosen

If others had to face some of the challenges that you have overcome, they would have lost their minds. For instance, some of you have raised a child alone, or you may not have children of your own, but you have helped others to raise their children. When trouble arises in your family, they rely on you to find a solution. Or maybe you were diagnosed with Cancer, and you beat it. Now, you are encouraging others who are battling Cancer. Maybe your marriage failed, and others thought that would break you. They were wrong. Now, you have healed from your divorce and living your best life. Maybe you were fired from your last job, and you have started your own company. Maybe your father did not raise you, but your child/children love the ground that you walk on, because you have been a better father to them than your father was to you. Maybe you are the mother who chooses to stay home to care for your child with special needs, while your friends are out having a good time. Maybe you are the parent who stood by your childrens’ side when others gave up on them. You make being you look easy, so others might wish for what you have not knowing that the Lord equipped you to be the answer to specific problems. With that in mind, you never have to feel threatened by anyone, because no one can beat you at being you. The reason that you are so effective at what you do is because you were chosen.
