Single Mom: From Bad to Blessed
It took me two years to write the book Single Mom: From Bad to Blessed, and I can honestly say that I was afraid of being judged and misunderstood. Finally, the Lord made it very clear that this book was not about me. It was about Him. Then, I had to place my pride to the side. And I am so thankful that I made that decision. When I heard women and men of all ages say that they could relate to my testimony, it made me reflect on the beauty of pain. In other words, when pain is processed properly , it causes people to refocus on what is important in life and reveals strength. More importantly, it causes people to discover or renew their relationship with the Lord. And that alone is the true beauty and purpose of pain.
